Bestlayouts.Info, Over 10000+ Friendster Layouts Collection

Bestlayouts.info, my website about friendster layouts, is now online. I have been working with this for a week now and at last it is already working just what I wanted. My tag line is "Massive Collection of Friendster Layouts". I used this tag line because I intend to collect all possible friendster layout available in the web. Every single layout that will be created from every different layout websites should be posted in this site.

Sources of Layouts

There are many possible sources of layouts available in the web but I use only 2 of them for now. If you search google for these keywords: friendster layouts, there are actually more results that could be a source for this site. For now, I those 2 sources for my contents are the top 2 results from google using those keywords.

Website System

The system the I used for this site, which I have already mentioned in my previous post, is Wordpress. Wordpress is actually a blogging system but it can also be used for purposes other that blogging. I have seen a lot of friendster layout site that used Wordpress as their system. I used Wordpress because of its features that makes it easy for search engine index, in short, search engine friendly. Aside from being a search engine friendly, you can also create own web design easily. Actually I was the one who created the site's design.

Best Feature of Bestlayouts.info: Auto-Apply-Layout

If you think this website is just the same with the other friendster layout websites, then you are wrong. I have actually developed a feature which I am very proud. I have create this Auto-Apply-Layout program that makes it easy to apply the selected layout to your friendster profile. You just need to enter your friendster username and password and the selected layout will then be applied in your friendster profile in seconds. Building Up Website Empire

For these last few days, I have not attended into blogging for I have been very busy building up my website empire. I have already bought a paid hosting, for the first time, which could cater unlimited domain, which is what I am looking for a domain.

Now, I have already build up my first 2 website using Wordpress. They are not blogs actually but I used the Wordpress blogging system as my web system for these sites because of the plugins feature of this system. These days, I have been coding some plugins for these websites.

The first one is Plokmaster Web Stuff. This should be my main website since it bears my codename but I don't know what to post for this site so I decided to mix all the contents I could gather. Most of the content for now are from ezinearticles. I made a plugin that could post ezinearticle summaries in a single click. As you will examine the calendar of the site, which I made visible. The site just started 3 days ago but as you can see, the website had posted a lot of contents in a day.

The second is BestLayouts.Info. I used Wordpress for this website again. This site will content all friendster css layouts and stuff. I have collect enough contents already, which is actually thousands of layouts, and I have done this just day. I actually coded another plugin for this one.

Actually, I am planning to sell this plugins but I don't know if someone will be interested with this plugins. Anyway, if you are interested to buy one. I'm selling this for a hundred dollar. Is it too expensive? But if your interested anyway, just send me a message at plokmaster@gmail.com.

Buying Pain Hosting Plan For the FIrst Time

For the first time yesterday, I bought already a paid hosting for my domains. I earned something from blogging which is enough for a 2 year hosting plan.

At first, I was very interested to buy the plan at ImHosted.com but I doubted. The plans are very enticing, though. I don't know why I thought twice of buying the plan to them but thanks to that intuition because it actually convinced me to read some hosting reviews. So I search Google and read some hosting reviews about the company and it turned out that this company is not good already. Almost 95% of the new reviews I have read in Web Hosting Jury are negative and suggesting to avoid this hosting company. It is very negative because most of the ratings are bad, as in 1 out of 5.

Block by Ezinearticles.com

For almost a week now, I am developing this plugin for Wordpress that automatically post contents from Ezinearticles.com to Wordpress in one click. But while I was testing my plugin this night, my plugin doesn't work. So I rushed to the website to check on what's wrong and it came to my surprise the page that was loaded.

This was the page loaded to me.


I don't know if how long this status will last but I hope tomorrow I can already browse the site so I can continue the plugin.

Digging Auto Social Poster Wordpress Plugin for 2 hours

For almost 2 hours, I was digging Google just to find an auto social poster share. Auto social poster is a wordpress plugin that automatically tag your new post to social bookmarking sites, like Del.icio.us. Actually, this is a paid plugin for wordpress and it will just cost you $197 to acquire this one. But if you are a resourceful person just like me, you can get it for free.

But though I have a copy of it already, I will still not share it to you because I respect this business people who created this plugin. (Hahahaha...)

There seems to be this assumption that "if you build it, they will come". Many website owners are often disappointed once their site is up that the site is ranking poorly or not at all. If you want to improve your, or your clients', website rankings in the search engine results of the major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN, you must learn what makes a site rank well. Not knowing what makes a page rank well is why your competitor's website is at the top of the search engine results and yours is not. Search engine optimization or SEO strategies are the critical components that help your site rank well. If you want your site to rank well in search engine results, your page must have these 4 essential factors of search engine optimization:

1. The first element to search engine optimization is the web page copy and content. Search engines look for good quality, relevant pages with the keywords your audience uses when they search online. Google Indexes New Blogs With Few Delays

Blogspot, WordPress users probably in the clear

Owners of new Blogspot or WordPress sites may worry that Google won't index them. And we can't guarantee that Google will do so quickly, or even that the search giant will do so at all. There's a fair amount of evidence suggesting that things will be taken care of sooner rather than later, however.

We'll start with the slightly disquieting stuff. On the WebmasterWorld forum, "dhirajch" writes, "I think it is not always. but yes definetly much more faster than any website."Google Indexes New Blogs With Few Delays

The other less-than-assuring piece of information comes from Ted Ulle, who states, "Without any external links, google is not likely to index any site, whether it's a blog or not. They're definitely not likely to keep in the index for very long even, if they do discover the url somehow."

But people like "IncrediBILL" and Tamar Weinberg, along with at several others, have said there's little to worry about. Several examples were given in which Blogspot or WordPress sites showed up in Google's search results either quickly or without any effort on the author's part.

In the end, maybe it's best to toss a few outside links into a piece to make sure. Also, all the other usual SEO tips are liable to help, as well. But it seems like no special actions are necessary (and no anxiety is in order) when trying to get a new blog indexed by Google. (By Doug Caverly)

4 Points in Writing A Good Blog Post to Get Free Traffic From It

Here are 4 Points you need to remember in writing a good post and this things are the things you're going to improve in order to get free traffic from it. It is really a matter of style in posting in your blog and you don't need to be someone just to be a good blogger.

Here it is.

1. The title

The title is the one which has the bigger title in the search engine and most searchers consider the title as their only basis of selecting a result. So, your post title must contain all the possible keywords in your post.

2. The body

The description of the search results usually are the first paragraph of the post. So it would much better if you place your key keywords on the first paragraph.

3. The keywords

Search engines also consider the connection of links inside your blog. This is also one of the basis of ranking your blog. It would be much wiser if you hyperlinked some keywords to your previous post.

4. The Tags
